What height range is ALCMENEE designed for? All ALCMENEE pieces are designed exclusively for women between 5'9" to 6'4"( but can easily fit taller depending on the length of your inseam.
How is your sizing different from standard activewear brands? Every piece is built from scratch for tall frames — extended inseams, longer torsos, and full-length sleeves. Nothing is adapted from a standard size. It starts here.
What if I'm between sizes? We recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Our size guide walks you through measurements to help you find your best match.
Will the leggings actually reach my ankle? Yes. That's the entire point.Our inseam starts at 34inches
Do you offer a size guide? Yes — our size guide includes height-specific recommendations alongside standard measurements so you can shop with confidence. Please check the size chart of every item.
PRODUCT & CARE.
How should I care for my ALCMENEE pieces? Machine wash cold, gentle cycle/tumble dry low, inside out. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Steam only Avoid fabric softener — it breaks down performance fabric over time.
Do your pieces have pockets? Pocket details are listed on each individual product page. But YESSS our pockets are made for the tall girls with long fingers.
Are your pieces suitable for high-impact workouts? Yes. Each piece is designed with movement in mind — from Pilates to running to strength training.

Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States as well as internationally.
How long does shipping take? Processing Will take about 24-48 hours. Then, Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the US. Express options are available at checkout.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

Who is ALCMENEE for? ALCMENEE is for women between 5'9" and 6'4" who are done settling for activewear that was never designed with them in mind.
What does ALCMENEE mean? ALCMENEE is named after a figure from Greek mythology — a woman of extraordinary height and strength who earned her place among the gods. Her name means strength and defender of her people. We chose it deliberately.
